So I want to play some P&P game. I have virtual dice on android/ipad, what else do I need? If possible as PDF or just to write down on paper
Any games with short rulesets so that we can play right away? It should be for 5 people
BTW I have NO pre knowledge of ANY kind

Short rulesets and D&D don't go together, generally. The best combination of ease-of-use and customisation is the Pathfinder build of 3rd Edition. It should be possible to find PDFs of it to torrent or on WBB. But, yeah, it's not something easy on the rules.
If you're not stuck on the idea of D&D, then there's other P&Ps which are far easier to learn and play. In A Wicked Age, Mountain Witch, and Dogs in the Vineyard are all fairly easy to learn, and can be run easily. Even Paranoia is easier to run as a newbie than D&D, though.

If you just want something quick and easy to learn, try DungeonSquad. It's designed for kids and for those that want fast action with minimal downtime. It should at least cover you and a few friends while you read up on Pathfinder or AD&D 3rd Edition (I'm a THAC0 man myself, but I'm a dying breed, most people prefer 3rd these days) - or, better, Shadowrun
~edit~
Apparently Risus is meant to be an "RPG Lite" for people without much time on their hands, or if you just want to "jump in and play" - real D&D/Pathfinder/Shadowrun rules are going to take time and dedication though, but you'll get by far the most fun out of your games once you do. I used to play D&D all the time, around 15-20 years ago, sadly I've forgotten pretty much everything and there's nobody in my area - or any area I've lived in over the last decade - that plays PnP games

OK DungeonSquad sounds really good, read the small ruleset Really great OK, but there just seems to be stuff that they expect you to know I guess? Like movement for example?
My wife and her sis are going to join here, her mom and brother via skype

Hmm ok so at the beginning we don't have any armor, does this mean that they can't defend themselves?

i am actually still playing in an ad&d 2e campaign almost every weekend (usually over skype). in terms of an easy system, i have heard d&d 4e is mostly combat focused and pretty fast to play. i have never tried it though (those were both complaints from the guy who told me, but hes a diehard who should probably just stick with something older and more esoteric.).
palladium books seems to get a lot of flak on rpg forums, but they are a good place to start imo. the rules cover combat and non-combat situations, once you learn them, you can jump between all of their settings without relearning it all (sci-fi, fantasy, horror, zombies, spies, superheroes, robotech, tmnt etc). imo the fantasy setting is very well made and feels good. i dont have a lot of experience with the others.
talsilanta was another great fantasy game with fairly quick rules and a great setting.
ill stop myself before i get into rolemaster or whatever (and age myself even more )...and simply say that i hope you enjoy whatever you end up playing

after spending a quite entertaining evening as a terrible gamemaster and killing off everybody in the first dungeon, I am really considering to create my own campaign for my wife and co. in a dark soulsesque world with a simple ruleset I already planned some different encounters and team evasion events... surely someone has probably already done all of this, but I guess is easier to play in your own fantasy world than trying to learn all oddities of the world of someone else's mind

It was really nice, but my wife wants to have proper dices for the next session, because using a dice app on the ipad is really counter-immersive And skype hung some times which was bad too
Oh and she wants a more complex ruleset ("just like they play it in the big bang theory "). I guess just because she wants to charm her way out of any harm
