Nice as it looks that is a custom plugin for Cry Engine from a different studio, not part of Cry Engine itself.
(They probably have the commercial SDK which allows such changes.)
Yeah, you guys do realise that those physics will NOT be part of Crysis 3 right? That stuff is not created by CryTek. BeamNG are a third party developing a separate soft-body physics engine on top of CE3, it's not a part of the engine

It is still quite fun game. Replayed it recently (on pc).
