Dont know if this has already been discussed, but the PSP's CPU has been capped untill sony releases a New battery. Once the new battery has been released the cap will be removed and the PSP will show even higher quality graphics

who said that? and i find that BS if you have to pay for a new battery to "unleash" new shit. ok an n64 expansion pack i can agree with but something already there? come on that's taking the piss. at least the ep came out years later. Maybe Just maybe, it would have been a waste of battery time if the CPU used to much power? Like 30 minutes of gaming maybe?
and BTW I couldnt really notice the difference when I hooked my N64 up with the expansion pack in the old days Only in perfect dark since 75% of the features was expansion pack only
and donkey kong and turok 2, but dont forget these games u got the expansion pack free so it wasn't like you were paying an extra £20 just to play games

I bought the Expansion Pack separate
Though in this case with the PSP I only think we will see a more stabil Frame rate nothing fancy with features that unlocks or better graphic for that sake.
