.. to finally (hopefully) force "UWV" (the gov) to pay for my education so i can finally start working after a year...
Wish me luck, it's been a long battle and hopefully it payed off.

Well just got back.
They are giving the UWV another chance to reopen my case and come with a solution, he has given them 1 month to do so, otherwise he will make the decision.

What does it mean come with a solution? Is it not binary outcome - they pay or don't? So why not make the decision and be done with it?

Well the judge said that finding a solution together is less painfull then this whole trial thing.
Even if he says that they can't deny my request for education, then they still have to look for other things.
It's all very fucking confusing for me and tbh, i have no idea what's what now anymore

Nope, neither did they.
It was only a "hoorzitting" (no idea what the english term for it is), so UWV only had a spokesperson there and me with my mom..
One thing i was happy about, the judge seemed to be on my side on the whole subject.
Even agreed that it's fucking insane that i have to go to a judge in order to get work/education for that work

Maybe things are starting to turn for you instead of turning against you.

This would be very rare and very surprising for me, because since i was 7 (27 now) i have had nothing but fucking shit in my life, barely anything actually worked out the way i wanted and i always got kicked back into the ditch when i tried to get out of it..

And yeah, I, personally, don't think that this is going to matter much, i offered them a ~€2000,- plan to get me the right education within the year so i could start working at virtually every IT company out here, compared to their €17.000 plan they had 2 years ago, and still they don't want that
They even put me on a school before that was €45.000,- per year, so why now suddenly is €2000,- too much to ask

Well yes, officially i'm 80 to 100% unable to work, i did a retest (on my demand) 2 years ago, they said i'd improved, but still not good enough..

Well, a month has passed (well a little over), their time is up.
All i got was 2 mails, them asking me if i wanted to do something else besides ICT.
I replied "No" to them, saying that it will be their easy way out of this if i would had said yes, to saddle me up with something retarded like factory work or so (factory workers, don't get offended please, it's just an expression in this case).
I told them that they had more then enough years to come with those kind of solutions and now suddenly, after i sued them, they come with this.
Then i got another mail from them with the key words in there "that's all i wanted to hear".
Knowing well they are going to use that what i said.
Hopefully the judge knows my POV on that and will agree with the fact that they just wanted to TRY and make this an easy solution, by offering something stupid.
After all these years of fighting and finally court, i'm not going to take peace with ANYTHING else other then an ICT job (and hopefully school included).
I offered them a solution that would reduce the costs of the school by 90%!!! Bringing it down to only €2000-2500 (instead of the €17k it would cost before).
But they didn't bother to say ANYTHING at all on that subject...
Now to wait and see what the judge has to say...
Since last time he did see my points and stood by my side, i hope this time this will be the same again.
