Is there any program to get FLV files from websites?..JDownloader won't detect them..

flash video downloader is what i am using, firefox addon.
accepts : mp4 3gp flv mov avi wmv asf swf webm AND mp3 mid wav aif

One of the locals recommended Replay Media Catcher last time I asked. Grabs everything I tried, and quickly converts/rips if you wish.

And an FLV -> "Format" (MP4,etc) converter?,i've tried Media Converter but it fucks up the audio COMPLETELY X___X
