Seriously, this has been a full 14 hours straight amusement for me. This needs it's own thread, this is HELL of alot better than that feminist gamer chick whatever the hell it was.
Watched the two parter. Those people are delusional, to say the least.
Her pizza was undercooked and her burger was soggy as hell and she kept saying "it's usually good".
Also, I am surprised no one else is talking about the part where the two fellas were waiting for their pizza for what seemed like an hour and a half already and when they left, the husband kept trying to bully them into paying for the pizza they didn't receive.
But alas, they have god on their side.

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) It's real, it's been going on since 2010 and it just got worse and worse They're truly horrible people and I had so much respect for Ramsay in that episode, he was amazing.
Wow, with such customer service, I would never ever go back to the place. For me customer service is nearly as important as the quality of the food.
How does a restaurant like that even survive?

No, I mean, how there can be customers who are willing to go there is completely beyond me.

Likely for the same reason we watch these programs; to see what batshit crazy bullshit happens next. For all intents and purposes, her pizzas are usually rated rather highly - it just so happens that when something does go wrong, she can't take it and goes.. batshit crazy
There was also an ama with the waitress from the show(who doesnt work there any longer) on Reddit. She seemed to say that the worst shit they ever pulled was not worse than what happened in the show but everything else was par for the course.
The fact that a place like this can stay in business just shows that quality of service means nothing these days. All you need is good advertising and the appearance.
Guys, I still think it's all fake. Well maybe some episodes have real incidents but c'mon, for pete's sake, nobody is looking in the camera's direction. Isn't that a good proof that this is all acting and often bad, lame acting.

the whole tips system in the states is a huge legal tax fraud anyway , should give them proper hour wage.
Most become servers because they'd rather go for tips than an hourly wage. I have friends who's come home with 200 bucks in one night because they're awesome at their job. Horly wage you have no hope of making more than whatever your daily usually is.

Because having a real restaurant and having it's reputation hammered into the ground for what...nothing? The only reason you'd do such is if you the store was closing anyways and you wanted to go out with a bang.

the episode was shot in december so quite a while ago and none of amy or samy's actions were staged. people may have purposely sent back their food or falsely complained for a chance to be on tv, but that's about it. everything else was 100% real.
Raw pizzas, greasy messy hamburgers, terrible ravioli, asshole owners, and yet the restaurant is always full..that says alot about Americans and their bad taste in food
Seriously, a place like this would last a week here, and I'm being generous

Well on the reddit link above, the girl who got fired said during the show people just ate there to be part of the show. She also said while she's worked there before the show, she'd eat at a place across the street and there was never any more than 3 people there.

Ah I see, I feel almost relieved now . Still, I'm surprised that nobody punched that Amy witch in the face

Why are these morons agreeing to have this filmed at their shit restaurant? Seriously, how dumb do they have to be to think that would bring more customers?
... and how dumb are the Americans to see this and actually go to that restaurant more because it is "famous" now?
also never under estimate, just how much these fucktards think they're right. In their little world, everyone else is wrong, so they think by showing this (and they don't see a cut before the release, stop dreaming). Maybe once they actually watch themselves, they realize, just how fucked up they are. But they won't see a single clip or anything until the show airs.
And that's why its possible to make such shows with real people. Because those people forget the cameras rather quickly and just go into normal mode without consideration.
