Ill invest in some soon... I just did a Spyware scan and found this Spyware called "ShopAtHome"... maybe that was reducing my FPS.. wil try later

Do the usual: Tuneup utilities 2004, defrag harddrive with Diskeeper, disable unnecessary stuff in the startup setting and put the cache file on another smaller partition. Best would be on another drive.

In your case I would make a small partition (4gb) on the main disk and put the cache files there. The cache file should be 1.5 times the size of your ram. So if you have 512mb ram you should have a 768mb cache file. And yes, Diskeeper is much better than the standard defragger.

why is my Ram always at least 50% used up?? Is that normal ?
In the Performance part of Tune up under where it says "Kernel" How many Files are suposed to be open?? On mine it says "Open Files 6267" Is that not alot ?

well i have a 4200ti.... what drivers are you using? i get 60fps on CS:S on medium settings although i do lag sometimes its not that often.

Steve-O 2004 - You can make/remove and edit partitions with Partition magic. Try to get the latest available version. And that processor usage could be because of a virus, trojan or a spyware. I recommend using Nod32 and Microsoft antispyware.
