A game which scared many people with some crying behind sofa's was called Slender. The aim of the original game to basically find eight pages attached to certain areas in an experimental horror setting of Dark Woods. But that's not all, as you are being stalked by a creepy entity that grows more persistent and relentless as each page is collected. Be careful though as this evil entity is ready to take you as soon as you even look at him. And thus here we have the sequel, Slender : The Arrival, which is available to buy right now.
Yea we're prolly just some pussies, but imo the whole beginning and reaching the house and boom night falls, and the ambiance sounds, FUCK NOPE Also visually speaking so far was great
Few screens, close to highest details, runs great on my ancient rig.
fucks sake ....its THAT scary, i love horror movies, not the slasher type , but the ones that build tension and the fear of the unknown...
after night comes in the first level , all alone with a flashlight and static noise in the background wondering in the house, all of a sudden i wanted to look out the window , then BAM there he was looking at me , fuck sake this shit is scary, deleted after ,watched some yt videos from those who play the game, excelent atmosphere tho
first chapter is like a prologue, it cant kill you
it was just random, at the end of the hallway where the door is locked at first floor, i think after you get the flashlight so you'd want to see whats outside lool

Woah! This game seems to be genuinely scary as shit. But the performance is absolutely horrible. I get almost 28 frames at Ultra settings and the graphics really don't justify it. I'll reserve this for my night play, as this is just the kind of thing I was looking for.
this is the kind i was looking for too but is beyond my expectations .....people say alan wake is scary when you play in the woods but thats child play compared to this
Vsync has a very huge impact on performance in this game. I'd recommend disabling it and forcing triple buffering with D3DOverrider or something. Other than that the game isn't amazingly optimized but it at least look pretty good.
