You point an RSS News Reader at the XML documents URL. This reader then constantly downloads the file giving you the latest up to date content in an easy readable form. Most RSS readers are designed to sit somewhere on the desktop where you wont be disturbed by there pressence.

trilian pro has a nice rss plugin, so you ll get a small notification window everytime a site gets updated. Its better than idling in an irc chan and waiting for a pre-bot to tell you the news. I love it

We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year, running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.
