I would guess Bredbandsbolaget VDSL. I was getting 26/26 but it ended with 8/1. Now I'm waiting for fiber to be installed so I can switch to 100mbit. BTW, wrong section.

only usefull if u download from newsgroups and peer2peer and/or hosting somekind of service.
but its fast.
i love my 120kb download speed
