A friend of mine bought this game directly from the dev, before it was on Steam. He asked the dev if the game would appear on Steam and they said yes and were also willing to give him a free Steam key when it does.
Good guy devs
Also, same friend says the game is very good, although you'll spend the first 30 mins going "wtf?".
I'll quote his mini review of it on Steam:

This game reminds me of why I fell in love with games in the first place. It is a coherent but mysterious world and it's your job to work it out, to explore it, to discover things and to make sense of it all.
The mystery in this game is not that of plot twists, withheld information, drip-fed narrative or arbitrary devices. It's the mystery that naturally emerges from a world which has an alien, but entirely coherent, internal logical and symbolic structure.
Everything is there in plain sight for you to make sense of. Put aside the disappointment with which many games reward exploration and explore with hope.
It is a very beautiful thing. |
