I'm using movie maker to upload movies of my mods and whatnot, but i'm getting really tired of it, it stutters badly and crashes if i try to use Losless RGB movies (recorded by FRAPS). Is there something similar (no reading required, can upload to youtube directly etc)? I really like how easy Movie Maker is, just too bad it sucks :/

Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere is your next step then. Pretty simple to use.

Premiere isnt something you grasp within 1-2 minutes like movie maker, havent tried Vegas though.. i really dont need a lot of functions, it just needs to work and should be easy to grasp within minutes, not hours.

Try Vegas then. Import your video file, cut that you don't want and render it.

You could also try Cyberlink's Power Director. Very easy and to the point with some nifty handling. Its quite good.
