Flash rendering is soooo slow and converting to video inherits that slowliness as well. Does anyone know a method of flash to video conversion so that it renders without lag? I've tried lots of softwares and methods, but none seem to work 100%. My vids are full of effects and are quite complex, lots of actionscripting going on.

There is no point of recording it since the flash file itself is choppy. Cpu is struggling, but it is just flash's fault. Exporting to quicktime is probably the best option, but it still far from perfect.

what cpu you have ?
the only thing i can think is to ask someone with more horse power to render for you. (because the way flash rendering works). or at least how it worked 3 years ago when i played with.

Well, thats not an option. Asking someone is out of question, since I have to render/edit it many times. There is also a "GPU" option is publish settings, but I've never seen an improvement, maybe its driver dependant?
