For the life of me I can't remember the name of this movie.
Disclaimer: could also have been made up in a drunken stupor


It's a martial arts movie where the only way to defeat an enemy is to hit him in the same spot three times in a row.

No, this was a B movie set in the present, not a cartoon.

It had a Mortal Kombat feel.

And no Asian actors I think Neutral
