I shat myself once  , had really sharp pain in my stomach..cold sweat..and I was ~ 50m from the house..I simply couldn't hold it anymore , and literally one minute separated me from taking a dump in the bus..

a teenager.. I couldn't do anything man stomach cramps were very painful , I was in the bus..many ppl around you , it's one of those situations.
Luckily nobody saw me..

I have some problems with my stomach when I need to take shit ASAP.
That's why if I have to travel my train, I have to wake up an hour or 2 hrs before so I do not take any chances,,i had far too many that "almost made it" to a bathroom in a mcdonalds or some mall...but is hard to find them..especially you are on train and like OMG..wtb more public bathrooms  
even then..i have to go 3-5 times before i return to normal

I hear ya..
I also have a shy bladder ..when I was going to school I never went to the toilet , I hold it up until I get home..I maybe went to take a piss few times but nothing longer.

It recently happened to me too (it was like 7am), fortunately I found a bar with usable toilet...
Just imagine taking the day off because you pooped yourself xD
