I'll be starting this up by saying I've been using it for the last couple of days, it's only temporary, until my Nexus 4 arrives.
It's taken me a while to get used to the form. It's really tall while keeping the same width as the IP4/4S. On the bright side, it's very light and thin, which makes it fit in my pocket really great. The screen is made with the use of only one thumb in mind. The screen is as responsive as ever, with wide viewing angles(viewing the screen at 90 degrees causes no loss of color). The white variant seems to lack the paint chipping issues of the black version, which is why I chose the white one over the black one.
Sound quality is great, considering you're not keeping it in a horizontal position. Also, plugging the headphones and holding it at a horizontal angle will be very uncomfortable.
Performance-wise it is great. I ran a lot of apps and the multi-tasking does not fail, AT ALL. Restoring an app will cause you to go to the exact point you've minimized it in. Wi-Fi starts instantly, the browser being very responsive and fast
On the software side, I have the same complaint as ever, it is just too restrictive. While "it just works" is pretty accurate, I still have to insert a CC number if I want to create an App Store account and most things I would use on an Android phone would have to be downloaded from the App Store since they're not installed by default. Also, there is no bloatware to speak of. Closing an app by pressing the hardware Home button twice kills the process until starting it again from the Springboard.
A great phone and piece of hardware - but far too expensive for me, I'm glad this was free.
Photos and videos are very clear, the autofocus and point focus doing their jobs properly.
Will come back with a Nexus 4 review once it arrives (that could take weeks).
Feel free to ask me any other details about it. Or for camera samples.

I'll probably be rid of it by then. But nonetheless, JB on the iPad was awesome. It added awesome features and to be honest, it actually made the iPad a desirable device for me. Still expensive, tho.

iPads aren't that expensive compared to the competition. And once jailbroken, you (well, I) can tweak out most of the little annoyances.
iPhones are though and given the lack of multi-tasking (have tabs open in Safari, switch to Mail for a few minutes to take some points from an email - boom, have to reload all the tabs, my Desire can do better than that ffs) on top of the restrictions even a Jailbroken iOS has (still no better keyboards possible, Swipe only alleviates part of it), that's not worth the 700 EUR they cost here. That's for a 16GB model, add 100 for 32, another 100 for 64 GB. Yep, that's right, almost 900 EUR for a 64 GB iPhone 5. On a phone iOS just isn't productive enough for me, it makes too many of my daily and common tasks far too cumbersome for such a small device.
