Well out of curiosity I checked the site above and it actually has a link to a review at the bottom. I checked it out and low and behold the reviewer not only thought it was shit, but he couldn't be bothered even finishing the review 
I have to admit games like this don't do it for me, but I do remember trying True Love in the past due to all the praise it was getting and found the whole character building episode quite entertaining at first (tedious as I neared the end). So I think it has potential outside of the whole hentai scene.
Artwork from the screenshots above too are not of a very high quality either.
