I have a logo I would like to add an effect/animation to it.
(Like they did with the alien isolation logo at the end of this trailer: )
And save it as a gif.
But I can't seem to find any good apps for it (online).
Can anybody recommend one?

I believe After Effects has similar filter with the horror-like flickering, but I'm not too familiar with the program :<
