So, I came back from work, got out of the bus, waiting my turn to walk to the other side of the street when the light would turn green. I always wait a few seconds after the light turns green just because there's usually some guy who passed right as it turned red.
A Volkswagen Passat was coming somewhat fast but I thought it would stop. It didn't. It missed me by mere centimeters and only because I was fortunate enough to dash and not freeze in place. The car stops. Naturally, I expected some guy climbing out, probably beating my ass as well. Nope. Some chick, some hot chick talking on her white iPhone (Romanians will know this stereotype) gets out, visibly aggravated I interrupted her drive to wherever she had to get to, starts screaming. I catch a glimpse of her license plate, it had CT (Constanta) on it. Who the fuck am I to do this while she's driving? Do I even fucking know who is her boyfriend?
A patrol car was in the vicinity and was able to see all the fuss she started creating. They came over, moved her car on the side of the street and took our declarations. She eventually got a ticket for passing red and guess what? She was already at the limit for penalty points, she also had her driver's license suspended. Car wasn't even hers, she was from Bucharest, it was her boyfriend's.
Walked like a boss home. Will probably fap to her later, she had bitchin' tits.
TL;DR: Almost got hit by hot chick, police was nearby, gave her a ticket and suspended her permit because LAW.

Eu de obicei le dau picioare in masina daca trec prea aproape, sa vezi cum opresc si comenteaza dampulea. Am si batut cateva panarame din astea de soferite care habar nu au sa conduca. Au un tupeu fantastic, dupa ce ca aproape te calca.
English version: I usually get a kick or two on their fabulous cars, they stop, get out of the car and start screaming at me, after they almost run me over. And I usually give them a lesson (with my fists) about driving. Them bitches have quite a nerve.

I'm annoyed by the kind of ignorance she displayed, it took every fibre of my body not to slap her in the face. Damn. It's probably the first time I acted so calm, I have a REALLY short fuse.

Woman driver hit my brother couple of days ago. Talking on the phone and jotting down notes on the steering wheel, the car flipped out of control and hit my brother while he was getting off a bus (on the sidewalk).
He had to walk on crutches for a day, but now he is fine (knock on wood).
We could sue her and ruin her life. 10 witnesses + CCTV footage. But I think she will be up for criminal charges, so I don't think we will bother. Her life is fucked up enough as it is, and I'm just glad my brother is ok.
tld;r fuck irresponsible drivers (not just women).

Get even. I'd either break her legs or sue her, but wouldn't even consider letting her go like nothing happened.

Shit, I'm glad your brother is okay. And I think you guys should sue. Seriously. I don't kid around when it comes to suing and stuff, she could have killed your brother (knock on wood).

No, it wouldn't be any different.
The logic is simple. I can spend months in court and get a judgement of lets say $50k against her. Then she will only pay off $2.5k and declare bankruptcy, and then I have to chase her through bankruptcy court for the rest of my life to get any more money. Maybe I can get a judge to put a lien on her house and such, and recoup my money. But what if she has kids. A husband. A family. Do I kick them out of their home and ruin their life because their mother is a fucking retard? How much do I want to push this vengeance bullshit when I can just be living my life and spending my time more productively and pleasurably?
She'll do time in jail, she'll get out, and it will be forever on her record. That's enough, I don't want to waste my time ruining her pitiful life, I'm just glad my brother is safe.
