I am having the worst headache in a long while 
I woke up at 3 am with the most excruciating pain ever, I took 600 mg ibuprofen, and went back to bed.
Then I woke up at 7, because that's when I usually wake up, and my head was ok-ish. I could feel the pressure, but I thought it will pass...
And since noon, I have stupid headache I cannot concentrate on studying, I took another 200 mg of ibuprofen, but that didn't do squat.
I can't even go to sleep, because my head is pounding
And I need to study
Oh, and the weather outside isn't helping. It's been pouring all day long -.-"

Feel for you man. I fucking hate headaches. I have bad shoulders due to years of physical work and the gym. Pain starts in my traps and travels up my neck and over my head. It leaves me washed out all day and unable to concentrate, moving my head feels like a fucking fish bowl!
When i get like this no medication works, i just have to wait a day or two!!

Usually ibuprofen helps, but today is like the worst day I've had in months...

Take a hot bath...works for me
like "SO hot you sweat while in it" type hot. And sink down until the back of your neck is in the water.
works for me everytime. It might not make it go totally away..but enough to the point where its just something I notice thats there, and not painfully distracting.

Try having someone kick you in the nuts really hard?
maybe they can get a good shot in, and it hurt so bad you forget about the headache for a while.

No, thanks, I know the pain when you get kicked in the balls, I'd rather suffer through headache

Try drinking lots of fluids, dehydration can cause headaches. Also you can take paracetamol with ibuprofen, or alternate each every few hours. Or even better, take some codeine if you can get some there.

Try going for a swim..
Strangely going to the swimming pool and doing 1km in 1h is relieving.. don't know why..
Ooh and paracetamol will help you a lot with sleeping, but don't overdo it!!! 2-3 times a day MAX!! Abusing paracetamol will ruin your liver and lead to a really bad and excruciating death..

I've stopped using paracetamol a long time ago, because it has devastating effects on kidneys, and I already have high Calcium oxalate content in my urine, so I don't want to play with it :\
Head is better now. And the rain has stopped

Go find a doc
any analgesic abuse can make you have more and more pain. So if you have frequent headaches its better to take preventive drugs.

I've been to neurologist, and everything was fine. Her advice was: drink magnesium...
Well I'm fine today
It happens every now and then, I haven't had this kind of headache all summer...
