Maybe someone would find this fun:

I am playing a blood bowl tournement this saturday (crazy american football fantasy boardgame) and I have some Orc Pirates as my team and they ofcourse need a logo!

The name of the team is: Skagerrak Swashbucklers

So I am thinking the name above the team (the team consists of 10 Orcs and 1 Goblin)
Maybe a ship in the distance and then the crew up close with a tagline of "No quarter!"
