As the subject says.
Which games can I try with my computer? Demanding games.
Something that'll suck the power out of any regular PC.
I bought some new PC parts some weeks ago, and went a bit overkill, so I'd like to test it.
Also, what games are nicest visually? Or are there any good visual benchmarking stuff?
I hate you.

Metro 2033, Stalker Call of Pripyat, GTA4 (for CPU), Crysis... those sorts of games really push even top-spec machines.

+1
I'd add Battlefield 3 and The Witcher 2 for the visual pleasure. (even though they're not as demanding..err..unoptimized as the aforementioned ones)

Sleeping Dogs -has a in-game benchmark.
Witcher 2 looks amazing with ubersampling is pretty bad optimized.
Crysis 2 max + high res pack.
Lost planet 2 -has a benchmark too.

Well the witcher 2 didn't run all that fantastic on my GTX 580 back then and 2600K at 4.4GHZ. |
Yeah you need to avoid the max details since some of the effects are unoptimized (especially the ubersampling, but also ssao and scatter dof). Once you've done that, it's definitely fluid. (I'm on a GTX570+i2500k@4.3Ghz)

Eehhh, in my opinion only the atmosphere and models looked good in Metro, everything else was meh looking rough plastic. Reminded me of the doom 3 engine, just modified.
Personally, I thought Hard Reset looked better by MILES and ran shit tons better too.
As per request, the 2 Batman games are pretty beefy as well when you start adding in full effects (effects...not physx). In game benchmarks are included as well.

Because in the stalker games you run around in a weird place chasing creatures that looks like inbread japs.
I did not see any of those creatures when I was there IRL.
I hate you.
