Nah, she has a very slim chance. She is just too stupid, no training can prepare her for a serious debate.

i skimmed through those links and it's a bunch of rubbish.
for example one of those links titled "ron paul is a right wing nut case" states that paul is "rabidly anti-gay", and yet, he is one of the few republican congressmen who voted to repeal DADT. one other link accuess paul of being racists, and yet this is his stance on racism:
Quote:
Racism is simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans only as members of groups and never as individuals. Racists believe that all individual who share superficial physical characteristics are alike; as collectivists, racists think only in terms of groups. By encouraging Americans to adopt a group mentality, the advocates of so-called "diversity" actually perpetuate racism. Their intense focus on race is inherently racist, because it views individuals only as members of racial groups.

Conservatives and libertarians should fight back and challenge the myth that collectivist liberals care more about racism. Modern liberalism, however well intentioned, is a byproduct of the same collectivist thinking that characterizes racism. The continued insistence on group thinking only inflames racial tensions.

The true antidote to racism is liberty. Liberty means having a limited, constitutional government devoted to the protection of individual rights rather than group claims.

i kinda understand that you as an israeli don't like ron paul as he advocates stopping all foreign aid, inculuding aid to israel, but please don't spread bs around

He also said this referring to blacks; even in my little town of Lake Jackson, Texas, I've urged everyone in my family to know how to use a gun in self defense. For the animals are coming."

And calls Martin Luther King Day, Hate Whitey Day

Or atleast the ghost writers he chose did that. No doubt in my mind he is a complete psycho who has dialed it down since the 90's when he was completely raped in the press and debates when he ran for the presidency.

so you do know that he did not write that? and yet you blame it on him?
it is obvious to anyone who heard anything ron paul has said that racism is the last thing you can accuse him of. and that is exactly why that "ron paul is a racist" campaign backfired way back in 2008. no one even mentions it anymore. well, except on nfohump Rolling Eyes

Wow taking politicians at their word? Thats something new. How about him admitting he deserves responsibility for it then?

The whole idea that someone who intends t run for president can have people in his organisation so far away from his supposed beliefs(not only that but expressing them as his) is so fucking stupid that it hurts my brain. He and his camp wrote stupid shit, they caught flack and ahve been dodging it ever since

on top of that he's pro-life to the point of being a fanatic and his federal policy in a country as big as America is just wow..The few points where he come out as being something resembling a normal person is when the constitution actually hits home(which is rare) and we all know he reads that shit like gospel

I did some reading up and he actually admitted some responsibility:
Quote:
In 2001 Paul gave his own account of the newsletters, stating the documents were authored by ghostwriters, and that while he did not author the challenged passages, he bore "some moral responsibility" for their publication.

"The quotations in The New Republic article are not mine and do not represent what I believe or have ever believed. I have never uttered such words and denounce such small-minded thoughts.

"In fact, I have always agreed with Martin Luther King, Jr. that we should only be concerned with the content of a person's character, not the color of their skin. As I stated on the floor of the U.S. House on April 20, 1999: 'I rise in great respect for the courage and high ideals of Rosa Parks who stood steadfastly for the rights of individuals against unjust laws and oppressive governmental policies.'

"This story is old news and has been rehashed for over a decade. It's once again being resurrected for obvious political reasons on the day of the New Hampshire primary.

"When I was out of Congress and practicing medicine full-time, a newsletter was published under my name that I did not edit. Several writers contributed to the product. For over a decade, I have publically taken moral responsibility for not paying closer attention to what went out under my name."

stop making s*it up Rolling Eyes
he is personally pro-life, but advocates leaving the choice to the states to regulate that issue, as it is his belief that it should not be within the scope of federal government.

err.. there are already a shitload of state laws. The US is a federation of sovereign (well.. in theory) states. So to answer your question, take a look at how the country already works. Wink

ummm thats the way the US works, which has nothing to do with Ron Paul. There are still federal laws that supercede state laws though. Sor it doesn't always work right; take for example marijuana. In California you can get a medical marijuana card quite easily but it is still violates federal law to possess weed.. so you can get busted by the Federales.

Come on give me a break, I know how the current system works.

Abortion is not under STATE law which is what I was talking about. It is under Roe v. Wade, as I understand it any ruling in the supreme court carries federal mandate. Basically Ron Paul wants ANYTHING that isn't directly covered in the constitution to be fair game for the states..that is A LOT of shit that the founding fathers had no idea about it in 1776

so what does that prove? there was a bunch of shit the founding fathers were aware of and was purposefully intended to be left out of the federal jurisdiction. there is absolutely no reason for federal government to regulate the issue of abortion.

This is incorrect.

The 10th amendment of the American constitution states that state law overrides federal law.

So, when Feds bust "clinics" or "dispensaries" they are not in their jurisdiction, and what they are doing is illegal. It is the right of the California law enforcement to stop them. But they don't.
