SE titles are always ludicrously expensive, it's the biggest complaint against them on iOS. I didn't really get into this game on the NDS, so I don't see that changing on iOS either -- worse is that I'm reading comments about this being a watered down version of the game.
Oh and there's also an iPad version, though it's not "rls"ed anywhere yet.
