As far as I know they calculated 15=3x5. That is decomposing into prime numbers. Any one know why fewer atoms = more heat generated?

Hmm Michio Kaku says in the beginning of his monologue: "...predicted the end of Moore's law. That says that computer power doubles every 18 months..." I am pretty sure he means calculation power. -> Moore's law
Looked it up and wikipedia says he quotes Intel executive David House instead.

So the scale goes down, amount of transistors goes up, clock frequency goes up. Even while the voltage can go down it means more heat generated.
