i accidentely upgraded my paypal account type from personal to premium. i sent a email to the helpdesk requesting them to downgrade it back to a personal one. the helpdesk is now claiming that they only have 2 account types, premier and business, and paypal's website is not yet updated.
i smell so much bullshit how is it possible that paypal has outdated info on its website? its just the extra fees scam thingy why they do not want to downgrade my account probably...
