What exactly is the difference (if any) between Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Applied Studies? I know both of them are undergraduate professional degrees (in opposition to academic degrees), but according to Google, expression "B.A. Science" looks common in Europe, while "B.A. Studies" is common in America.

And what is the official title of someone who has B. A. Sc. status and finishes the specialization in applied degree (in my country it counts as the fourth year of applied studies and it's literally named "bachelor of applied science - specialist", but I fail to find the exact "western" title)?

You can't directly compare academic and applied education. Academic is more theoretical and applied more practical.
Theoretically applied should be more valued among employers since you get to practice your work during studies (at least in Estonia) but I guess it all comes down to university you're studying.

I'm affraid you misunderstood me, I know the difference between academic and applied studies. What I asked is - is there any difference between the terms "bachelor of applied science" and "applied studies" or they mean exactly the same?
And also what's the next rank after B.A.Sc, is it master of applied science or something exists in between?

Not really, no. The U.S. curriculum differs from the rest of the world a bit; the name says that as well. Applied "Studies" is just more generic, there's a bit more out-of-field nonsense taught during the American version Smile
