I can't sit at the pc for too long now or my lower back gets sore and my knees.
Combination of skateboarding and sitting at the pc all these years has taken a toll.

Buy a better chair. I have one great office chair, which I can sit in without moving for an hour or so. Then I have a better office chair that I can lay in while working for half a day without problems. Choosing a right chair is hard to do. I've went through so many I lost count. But one thing for sure is that I need to be a reclined to be comfortable.

It's that way at the valve office. you need your drive open to show you aren't using any cds. you should only be using steam.
