so .. in the morning i arrive to work.
we have an internal board to have some fun, do activities like tennis, drinks, trips and so. i'm one of the admins.
one idiot (universal known to be an social idiot) started a stupid discussion about how a girl from another department talked behind his back and some more crap, posted an private discussion with her, in which basically she said that she will go over his head to his boss because of a work problem, well does not matter. from my pov, she was right, that guy have issues with more than half of employers.
anyway, i told this guy that he should not have this kind of attitude, and to prove that is an asshole, i will open his private inbox to public, and then i linked http://forum.xxxx.com/private.php (like i link here : http://www.nfohump.com/forum/privmsg.php?folder=inbox ). right after that post i had to go to some new clients with someone from commercial to offer technical support.
8 hours later i come back, and i find like 3x six pack of beers, cookies, 1 bottle of absinthe on my desk. i was wtf ?
seems like that guy had some serious crap on his pm box, and started posting rage messages that i ruined his relation with his girlfriend from company, cause now she knows he invited like 5 more girls to movie/dance whatever, during the relationship with her, his department boss knows now that he told some people that he was an asshole and after some more raging in 6+ posts he realized what he was doing. almost all people manage to read what he typed (instant messenger ftw, one of the other admins deleted his crap rather fast, but was to late. all people knew, and laugh every time they saw him.
he quited his job.
wonder if i will be called to a meeting with my boss monday morning  .

you are like a bunch of girls. Waaauw. If you have issues with someone, just ignore the guy. So he has issues and you open his private box to the public, kinda immature of you, because you basically lower yourself to his level, so your action is not justified anymore. Why don't you let him + the females fight over it, you shouldn't be involved because you think he is an idiot. I'd be fighting half the company all the time...
You shouldn't take pride in exposing someone else's relationship issues. You don't know shit of their house rules. Maybe th gf knows he invited the girls, maybe he can invite girls, maybe they have hot threesomes at home with the additional girls etc. you don't know that. Why would it even matter or interest you?
And yeah, he was stupid to use an internal messaging system, because it is proven again that people at work will fuck you over in no time because they are immature (and i am talking about you in this case). What kinda company is that anyway? If i were to try such a thing as you did, boy o boy serious shit would rain down on me. Djeezes, what kind of bosses do you guys have? They let each other back stap and take eachother down, cool atmosphere...
We once had a minor incident with a facebook picture. Guy A was friend with guy B. Guy A had almost no work friends, but B was one of them. Guy A put a funny drunk semi naked pic on facebookonce but in private. Guy B found the photo and yelled everybody to come see it. Guy A got pissed, went to superior, and he took down the hammer and that was it. 'Fuck each other up outside not here, try that again and it's no facebook through the company lines anymore'.

our department bosses are actually chill people. i'm sure the one which he called an asshole in one his pm's would not hold any dent against him. they come from our ranks and know very well that is a common ocurance.

The joke here is that the guy fucked up his own shit.
OP posted a link that displays each user their own message box.
He didn't expose a thing, the guy did that by raging like a hormonal furfag, and spread his own shit on his office wall. |
