I'm looking for a movie or maybe it was a series, can't remember, that had fema numbers written on the doors. The numbers would represent the date, how many they found inside and how many we found dead in each house.

I know it wasn't a documentary. I can vaguely remember the scene, at least two people were walking through a neigbourhood of houses and one person asked what the numbers on the door meant and the other told them what they went.
I think it was an epidemic film.

Ugh. It's on netflix. cancelled after season 2.  UGH UGH CANT REMEMBER NAME.
It's after a nuclear attack, small town was all bleh... later in the series theres that exact scene where the main character explains fema numbers.

28 weeks later?, the 2 kids roaming outer london the lil kid asks the girl what the numbers stand for? or was it when they enter the city I cant remember.
