I see we have multiple of these so i decided the forum needed another.
My shitty ISP decided they no longer wanted to host Adsl connections anymore and transfered us to another firm. We got a letter reassuring us that we would not feel the effect and will continue to receive the same speed and pay the same price as normal.
A few weeks went and suddenly i had gone from 1,75Mb/sec to 1,48Mb/sec might not sound like much to everyone and jealous fucks might say i don't deserve to whine since i have this connection, but it is indeed assrape to me. I sent a mail demanding them to fucking tune up the speed, the way the connection feels now when speedtesting it makes me think this is the natural speed to the connection as its so stable. So i guess it has manually been tuned down.
Hope this gets resolved in a easy non stressing manner.
Problem solved. They changed the speeds based on linelenght? not sure how to say that in english tbh and cable quality. They changed my speeds back to normal without any issues. Case closed!
