anyone playing this?
2 friends recommended this to me, so I just started playing it some days ago. It's pretty good if you're bored.
Some guy is harassing me ... he's attacking me like...every hour? with 500 soldiers or more...what a moron. He doesn't get anything for that and he's one of the top players? ...must be a bot or something like that.

I played it a few times. My advice is just don't play it. I'm pretty sure you have better things to do.

I played it years ago. The game pretty much sucks ass if you don't have friends in big alliances since you'll be attacked non-stop. The economic model (I assume you can still buy gold) also completely ruins the game if you don't want to spend money since the bonuses are very significant. I enjoyed it for what it was though, but I was in a big alliance from day one (so pretty much untouchable for a good while).
In short, if you don't have "friends at high places" and/or if you don't want to spend money, don't bother.

This looks a lot like Tribal Wars which i played till the moment i got around 60 villages... anywhere after that and the game becomes a full time job with alarm clocks 24/7

This game is not good if you are bored, it bores you more than you can ever imagine after a while.

I have a friend who was way to much addicted to this game.
Rule of thumb: If game rewards you for being active on it for 24h a day (by constantly micromanaging raids and build queue), don't play it. It's bad for health and social life.
P.S.
And that happened after he finally stopped being hooked on WoW.

well, yea... just noticed how much the game/community sucks. getting attacked every fucking 20-30 min. from "high-level" players....great. they don't gain anything by attacking me... wth
...guess it's time to quit this shit.

They gain resources. That's the whole point of the game, attack others to grow. That's why the game sucks ass if you aren't in a big alliance.

Half of the gameplay consists of building things, and other half of constantly "raiding" less active players (also called "farms").
