hmmmm, I haven't seen any of the ones up for best picture.
The Oscars are boring to me anyway. I don't think I have ever watched more than 5 minutes of one.

I've seen The Aviator, Million Dollar Baby, and Sideways. Million Dollar Baby would be the best one out of them. I think they really screwed up on the Music nominations. Both score and song that won for the Golden Globes weren't nominated.

I know. Paul Giamatti was great in Sideways. Sure Clint was good in MDB but I don't think he should of been nominated.

...they did it again
fuck the academy |
The academy authorized you? The academy doesn't know the first thing about movies. All they want is something to make them more money, some... product. Don't worry, they'll get their product...

just finished watching million dollar baby... it was amazing. I think it will win even without seeing the rest of the films.

its about the only film thats worthy of the oscars this year. long are the days when top class films were out and all-time classics like the godfather, forest gump and blade runner.

If I had my way ...
Best Picture: Eternal Sunshine (close runner up Sideways or MDB)
Best Actor: Paul Giamatti (the fact that he wasn't even nominated makes me want to kill)
Best Actress: Hillary Swank
Best Supporting Actor: Morgan Freeman
Best Director: Dirty Harry
The rest I couldn't really give a toss about!
