|
 |
for the past year i had hosting which was the typical 5 dollar a month for unlimited everything.
Which is sort of the cheapest hosting out there, and with that came very sluggish site performance.
I plan to to find some decent hosting that is maybe $15 a month on a 6month plan but actually performs quite well, cant expect dedicated hosting speed but for $15 a month i was hoping to find hosting with better servers and especially less people sharing the same box.
It will be very database heavy, hoped you guys got some personal experience cause google is no help in the sense that same hosting has reviewers with 1 star and next guy gives 5 stars.
Hosting can be in the US or europe.

Allinkl doesnt cost much has enough database shizzles and was much faster than 1&1 and strato. People also report that host europe is quite decent. I'd try all inkl (8euro/month) first

I've run a lot of stuff on Hostgator without too many problems. For $15/month it'll be around the best you can find.

I have had only good experiences with one.com Cheap but it has some limitations as it is only website hosting. Check it out yourself.
Hostplan.nl is also cheap
combell.com is a little more expensive but offers full shell access rather than only a file/db hosting.
I have accounts on all of them, depending on the purpose of the website/hosting/db etc... Never had any issues
