If you aren't getting the rated speeds on speedtest.net then it is obvious you have an issue with your transport topology. Either your router is shitting bricks, or your ISP isn't able to supply you with what you are paying for due to attenuation or the trunk on your remote terminal being oversold.

So you are saying that after restarting your PC (And the wireless adaptor) you get full bandwidth again?

Most shitty wifi adaptors get too hot leading to connection loss and/or speed drops. That might be happening.

Regarding the speed drops when the other two computers are turned on: try running something like peerblock on all computers and see if they're calling out to any IP address even when you're not browsing.

Are you sure nothing is running (downloading) in the background on your PC?

Try to see if it happens with a usb network adapter.
Also, are you sure you don't have some app/service leeching bandwidth over time ? I use "Windows 7 firewall control" by Sphinx software. It has a free edition, too.

Well... avast made some alerts about steam recently but its allright now. | I'd try peerblock or even wireshark (if you can understand it) on those computers and seeing what's what, IMO avast or every other AV is just useless with some spyware/malware.
