Hi,

I've just get my new Verbatim 128GB Black SSD - 2.5" SATA-II
the review says it got 270/225 (r/w) MB/s

but I've tested it and result is disappointing me (the best result I can get right now) :
read 250MB/s
write 70 - 90 MB/s

some screens:

- for test I was using AS SSD Benchmark 1.6.4237.30508

- I've noticed that the tool show my "Standart Dual Chennel PCI IDE" as bad

disk defragmentation and Indexing is disabled (reduce disk live)

I've installed fresh Win7 (cloning was not successful)

I was also looking for some Drivers but no result

my HW spec:

550W Power
MB: asus pk6 epu
Ram: 2x2GB DDR2 Apacer 800Mhz
cpu: Intel 8400 Core 2-duo
Gfx: Gtx 560Ti
1.5TB HDD (SG) and 1 TB HDD (WD BE)

can someone help?! any recommends?

Resolved:
- was using IDE instead of AHCI -> BIOS settings (flashed in my case)
- off set/alignment was too low (Paragon Alignment Tool 3.0)

much better result in write speed:
