i hope it doesn't. there's very little of what i read that promises it to be an actually good finished product.
Looking at all the staff they have gathered, I can safely assume the game is already in development and funded, their kickstarter is probably just to have some extra expenditure.

Where are the gameplay then? If they are serious about getting some extra expenditure, then surely they could have afford to wait til they have something to show. Remember that you don't get the money if the kickstart fails. So why would there be no gameplay if they have already secured funding and in development?
