Yeah, some people were claiming copyright on some of the clips he used, and you that can only happen so many times until your account gets banned. According to him the copyright claims were bullshit and done by "competitors", but Youtube doesn't check if the claim is justified. His videos often got banned by themselves, and at some point they suspended his account. In the end he got fed up by it and decided not to use YT any more (understandably).
