Fuck IT support. I've got an urgent deadline tomorrow and my VPN to the office has been down for 3 days. They've yet to fix it and this therefore means I've got to FTP 3 gigs of files down, manually edit them and then re-upload by 9am tomorrow. fuckers.

yeah, there is but on the packages themselves which clock in about 600Mb each (there's 9 of them in total). IT support claimed the VPN was working but when they logged in everything failed.
