I'm sure pumpy remembers my uber-diet-technique ^^. I've lost about 15 kg's in 1 1/2 month.

close to the end of december I stopped eating and my only food was coffee, water and sometimes a soda.

did that for 5 days or something, then started eating 1 meal a day (small portion of rice with some veg.)

anyway, back in Nov/Dec. my weight was at 95 - 96,5~ kg's (my height is 183 cm's)

couple weeks ago I was at 85 and I wanted more. So I stopped eating again and went down to 82.

Of course, I went jogging from time to time, doing some exercises here at home etc.

But now it's like -17°C outside and well... 2 days ago I tried jogging, but I couldn't do it, it was too cold and I turned back and ran home.

anyway, TODAY:

I was playing Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and I started feeling something weird on my hand, so I looked down and saw this:

(blood)

 Spoiler:

at first I thought "ah, well...just wipe it away", but it didn't stop to bleed and then I thought "alright, time to scare my mother Very Happy" - so I went to her flat (next door) and yea... collapsed before I could even reach the livingroom ^^.

She had to drive me to the hospital and well, yea...end of the story is that I have to eat more and stop the diet. It looks like my body can't do it anymore.

fuuuuuuuuck, I can't sleep ._. ... my head hurts like hell and I feel like throwing up.

o_O what you did was absolutely insane, there are countless of gradual diets which lead to excellent results in a relatively short amount of time..oh well, get better!

FYI, starvation diets (which is basically what you are doing) are not only unsafe, but assuming you survive, you will probably gain more weight in the long run. Your body's metabolism is thinking you're going through the desert and there is a total lack of food. So it's going to slow down considerably, start breaking down muscle protein to gain the necessary amino acids, etc in order to survive. The BEST way to diet is to increase your activity level while at the same time eating smaller, healthier meals throughout the day. Every 2-4 hours is good (your blood glucose from meals lasts this long). Afterwards, your liver starts putting out glucose via gluconeogenesis [sorry nerd alert] which lasts about 24-48 hours and then you start to break down proteins, fats, etc to power the body. But if you keep your body 'fed' with glucose during the day and then exercise for at least 20 minutes, you turn on fat and protein breakdown which will help you lose weight in the long run. And don't be surprised if you actually gain a little weight in the beginning. This is due to you gaining muscle (and muscle has a lot of water in it, thus it weights more) and you will not only be healthier, but more lean and have more muscle mass. I'm willing to bet that since you were bleeding from a relatively small cut, you are low on vitamin K which is needed for your blood to clot. Start taking a multivitamin everyday and start eating at least three times a day (if not more). Just eat healthy and exercise at least three times a week (treadmills work great for jogging) and you'll be feeling much better.

Or if you want to look like this:

eat one apple and one can of tuna every day for 4 months. Christian Bale did it and lost 28 kilograms. Laughing

Yeah, and he regained his weight + muscles for Batman Begins, which started very soon after he finished The Machinist.

If you have all day to train and a bunch of personal trainers, it isn't hard to get those muscles without using any chemicals.
As for the diet

Not yet. Another year, but i'm studying for my boards so i'm making sure i review all my biochem stuff (which is essentially what i just quoted you). If you want more, try to workout in the mornings if possible. That's because at night your body switches on most of the 'anabolic' processes (or building up processes) and during the day, you're in 'catabolic' mode (or breaking down mode). So when you exercise in the mornings your metabolism will be increasing at the same time and you'll be burning more calories than if you were to do it last at night (when your body is slowing down and rebuilding).

Indeed.

People don't realize how easy it is for rich people to be in really good shape like that. If you have the money to pay for a 24/7 personal trainer it doesn't take long to get in incredibly good shape without any sort of chemicals. Reason being that you don't have to worry about what you are going to eat, etc.. The personal trainer does all that for you, along with the constant guidance on exercise.

Bale-boy always had his personal trainer, it already started with American Psycho.
Even zen master like discipline won't beat rich people + money + personal trainer. Cheaters.
There is a pic floating somewhere that shows Bale's shapeshifting capabilities, it's like a crazy yoyo, after getting bulked for Batman he repeated what he did for the Machinist again for the Fighter and then got fatter again for future productions. Madness!
If I could just find that pic...

At the tender age of 18 I once drank so much I had to be carried home, only to wake
up later in the night and puke, so much it even ended up in my lungs.
7 days in intensive care and then home - lost 10 kilo.

Ive learned to moderate and have patience - sounds like you just learned the same thing.

I too struggle with being overweight - but being healthy should be the goal. Any diet, that promises to lose more than 1 kg /week and is healthy, and you won't gain it back (or more) when you stop is a fucking lie, and that's a fact. Best way to lose weight is to cut back on calories, and if you want to be healthy as well, cut back on sugars and certain fats. There's a lot of literature on this, but the consensus is, that if you do a diet, then stop the diet, you gain it back, and even more.

The best way to lose weight is to do it slowly, over a long period of time, while getting used to changing your eating habits FOREVER. That's right, if pumping double cheesburgers every day, you got fat, then you can NEVER go back to doing that.

There's no easy way out.

seriously....this isn't fun anymore.

it happened again, almost the same time just like yesterday.

(well, my galaxy s is just right next to me, takes 2 seconds to take a pic. I'll show that picture to my doc aswell)

this time there was alot more blood. I'm starting to feel like this isn't related to my diet at all... I should do a body check up or something like that. Dunno but my father died of a tumor (cancer?) - sicknesses like that can't be passed down to kids, or can it? <--- I have no clue.

thanks god.... ruining my whole life wasn't enough, now it's time to kill the scum?.... -.-

My mother is in a huge shock right now and she's crying....ffs. I guess I'll go and see my doc tomorrow

Maybe you're the second coming of Jesus? Stigmata and all.

Sorry, dont know what to say really, I hope we'll get some good news from the doc, doesn't seem to be a medical term of this.

You might want to get some hand lotion that will dry up your hands good... on top of that, get some education on how to maintain a proper diet.
