There was a polish movie / tv theatre spectacle about one of the situation he is talking here. A young doctor of psychiatry is trying to check how patients are treated in psychiatry wards so he fakes a mental illness but later on he can't prove he is normal.
It's great story and I recommend it to anyone but unfortunately it's only in polish. It's called "Kuracja" and the whole thing is on YT.

2a: a mode of satirical wit depending for its effect on bitter, caustic, and often ironic language that is usually directed against an individual
b: the use or language of sarcasm
It's not as much interest as it is the fact that I've been watching TED videos for years, got a few feeds aggregating and filtering the ones that I find interesting
I have a youtube subscription, the app on my phone and visit the page itself from time to time, yet I appreciate it, to have interesting articles directly linked here
