Battery meter is 3/4 bars so I don't think those are batteries, Tho it have something to do with a battery pack becouse I usually need to take it out and in

My controller used to keep shurring down on me like that once... Spoiler: | but then it took a charged battery to the back |
Check the back case - battery slots - if that is a bit loose and it waggles even a bit it disconnects the contacts from the controller thus powering it down.
My current controller did the same thing a few weeks ago, if I were to tap the battery case on the back it would lose contact and turn off. Just make sure it's firmly into place and doesn't waggle.

The battery case is sturdy in there. Its not turning off when I touch it. Whats that small silver plate on the bottom side of battery pack? Ive heard that some people stick some paper in there to solve some problems

The springs in the controller need to be pulled out a pit. I have this happen all the time on my controllers. I just take a pair of needle noise pliers and pull the springs out a pit making them bigger/more springy. Then you will get a better contact to the batteries.
