Code:
On Mon 06/08/2012 04:07:27 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\080612-5928-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7F1C0)
Bugcheck code: 0x101 (0x31, 0x0, 0xFFFFF880009EE180, 0x1)
Error: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that an expected clock interrupt on a secondary processor, in a multi-processor system, was not received within the allocated interval.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

Nothing useful ... maybe it was a fluke. Are you overclocked ?

http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?266589-The-OverClockers-BSOD-code-list

BSOD codes for overclocking
0x101 = increase vcore

BSOD Codes for SandyBridge
0x101 = add more vcore

If it's a rare instance it may be a rare glitch or a minor power fluctuation and nothing to be bothered about. If it keeps happening, up the vcore a single step (0.05 or whatever granularity your BIOS allow). I suppose you're on the very border between stability and instability, as low vcore as possible for a stable O/C.
