I was going to recommend Dell XPS 15 but you already know about it so...
Regarding the screens, the 1366 is a glossy one, while the other one is much higher quality (in addition to the higher resolution).
And of course you can change the resolution, but the question is why?

well i got 22' screen on my DesktopPC and max res i can apply is 1680x1050 and i got feeling everything is small and now we r talking about smaller 15,6' screen with max 1920 and i can only guess i will have problem to click the right sooo small object for example in AutoCAD. Hmmm... i think the best solution is to go to the market and compare both 1366 and 1920 reses on 15,6'.

I have laptop with 1366x768 and it was biggest mistake I have ever made.
I can't stand that resolution.

Well, depends. But if you are using a properly written software, you can increase your DPI settings (which increases the size of pretty much everything but on the same 1920 resolution).
