Photons Repel Mosquitoes and Flies

The mosquitoes are probably scared. They could go through
the light barrier without getting hurt, but they don’t. That’s the beauty
of it because you don’t have to necessarily kill them. You just make them go away.”

Yeah, a non-lethal repellant - what nonsense is that? I want a mosquito mass murder machine.

That's all nice fine and dandy, but how would you sleep next to giant light source? Yeah, no mosquitos would bite you, but you couldn't sleep because of the light Laughing

It still says it's infra red, and I doubt that they are using low intensity (low intensity = less photons), so that protection would then be hot. And in the hot summer night I doubt you need something that warms you xD

I prefer the laser that burns their wings, I could seriously masturbate to the genocide of this insect.

From what I can gather they'd use the light as a barrier, meaning you don't have to have to be in the light, just project it around you (or block windows etc.).

Funny claim seeing as insects are attracted to light when it gets dark (which is why you see tons of different species and variations trying to fly into the lights on summer nights).

But it would still generate heat, no?
