This has been out for 2 weeks but not on Installous, I read some people here can crack games, can you pretty please try to do this ...... it's a PikPok game, so it should be really good
Those free games are probably on Installous because they used to cost money back then.
About IAP: You can't get them over Installous. There is a way of getting them, I think you need a special repo on Cydia where you can get them, and maybe another Cydia app, not sure. I didn't really need any until now, so I haven't really looked into this.

There's a few IAP cracks, my favourite is IAP Unlocker DLC from idwaneo. Funnily enough, it was idwaneo who also put out another standalone DLC unlocker. The difference with IAP is that you can actually "buy" in-app purchases without it costing money.

It removes the box If you DO see the box asking to confirm the purchase, then it's a game that doesn't work with the unlocker. Otherwise as soon as you hit "buy" it will say something along the lines of "done!" or "unlocked!" or whatever string the game uses to show confirmation on DLC purchases. The Cydia blurb says;
"It won't ask for an itunes login when you make a purchase. If it does try to confirm a purchase then the game/app isn't compatible and accepting WILL COST YOU MONEY"
It also states that RC Plane/Modern Combat 2/3 don't work, but most that use mobile substrate will.
