Hi guys. Since as it was explained to me in other topic, ban no longer resoults in unability to install games to hdd etc and now it only restricts acces to xbl, so I think I might take a risk and connect myself more times than before.
I am not playing multiplayer(i have only silver account and don't plan to update) and I would only use xbl to donwnload demos and xbl trials and as a main reason to download title updates since its less tiresome than using xtaf+usb stick and search for TU on various sites.
are they banning now?
Can i still use method to check before connecting Z: value ?
Can someone confire if what I said above about what bad resoult in is true? I don't care about multiplayer or achievment and those silly points. If my multiplayer acces will be forbidden then i will be getting updates just like I did until now, and If my profile will get corrupted I will create other one...psss...

ohhh btw. ive connected last 2 weeks ago and updated to latest dash without any problem(I had stock firmware flashed before that)
