to be exact the fmsx emulator.

got in touch with the dev and he gave me these settings he set up as restrictions on market

API level: 8-12+
ABI: armeabi armeabi-v7a
Supported screens: small-xlarge
OpenGL textures: all
Permissions: android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, android.permission.INTERNET, android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Features: android.hardware.touchscreen

So now i got to find out what they all mean, and where my phone conflicts....
