What are you guys using to modify ISO files?
I usually use MagicISO to include updates or crackfix repack into the main iso files before burning a game. Problem is, I don't trust this application at all. Happened around 5 times the program just crashed or got in an infinite loop while saving, and I got a corrupted file. Today, I tried to add an update to Assassins Creed 3 before burning it, after saving with the extra 100mb package, file size got over 9gb (not burnable). I check the ISO content and it only contain 4gb of stuff. I extract everything, create a new iso file (magically only 4gb), burn it, try to install, installation crash halfway through. I'm beginning to think most DVD I modified the ISO before burning might be corrupted too, that would be bad.

Actually I think it was WinISO who had infinite loop while saving, that's why I switched to MagicISO. WinRAR can extract but can't add files to ISO.

Hmm, you put 9GB+ worth of stuff and the result was 4GB? Then you're burning the DVD with the wrong file-format, one that only supports 4GB max.
Make sure your DVD-ISO is created using UDF 2.01 (or higher).
