Hello
I am tired of getting pc games releases that are dvd ripped.
The bad thing is that a after a while the same game is getting released again on dvd, so i have to get it again cause i prefer dvd's instead of cd's
is there any way to know if the original game is on cd or on dvd?

If you check the release field (in the center) of http://www.gamershell.com/ it often says if the version is DVD or not. I would also try the official page or the distributors page.

i tried the above link for the american chopper release but the results gave me back just the release date of the game
|

American chopper is an Activision value game so I would not consider it coming out on DVD.

most games are in stores both on DVD and cdrom.

What is the purpose of this post?
Also, I'd try the manufacturers website. You can usually get the info from there.
